Returns & Exchanges

We want you to feel confident and beautiful in your Rad Swim gear, which is why we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of your delivery date. All items must be in original condition with tags and hygienic liners still attached to be eligible for a refund.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to locate your purchase and select the items you wish to send back.

  Choose Your Option

  Select whether you would like a direct exchange for a different size, store credit, or a refund to your original payment method.

• 3.
  Print and Pack

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal, then securely pack your unwashed and unworn swimwear into the original packaging.

• 4.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect your return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
